Purchasing Officer Semarang

Responsibilities

You have an important role in:

• Purchasing Imported goods starting from Sourcing (new products) to Arrival of Goods and Processing Payments
• Ensure the arrival of goods in accordance with the needs of both quality and quantity and inform if there is a change/delay
• Receive and check the suitability of import documents for goods from invoices, P/L, B/L

Qualification

To be successful in this position, we need you to be:

• 3 years of working experience in purchasing (with export activities preferred)
• Able to operate a computer with an SAP system
• Fluent in English
• Being able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred
• Willing to be placed in Karangawen – Demak, Jawa Tengah
