Our client a Japanese Trading company that manages a forestry site in South Sumatra, currently looking for a Construction Team Manager (road/accsess infrastructure Manager) who will be involved in their business while contributing to Indonesia’s green environmental development contribution. please kindly see below for the details :
Job Desc :
- Make a clever plan and make a detailed plan to solve the problem related to roadways facilities
- Engaged in the construction team, responsible for the repair and maintenance of the timber transportation roads in our plantation area.
- 2-3 days out (site work) of 5 days working in a week will be in the field (branch office) and the rest will be at the office.
- Formulates road repair plans and budgets, monitors progress and construction and control the team.
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree especially from civil engineering or related to infrastructure development
- Experiences in a job related to remote area infrastructure project such as build a road / clear a ways or others related infrastructure.
- Good command in English
- Basic operations related to Office such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Have knowledge about how to make a road facilities in remote area (there is no room for teaching the candidate from beginning)
- Those who can persevere, because in this job they will only step on the mushy soil/minim facilities
- Personality can build good relationships with local staff/residents
- No Job-hopping
