1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or equivalent (Master Degree would be an advantage).2. Fluent in English & Mandarin, both oral and written3. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field. Experience in Fintech or P2P lending is preferred4. Good in product design, demand analysis, and innovative thinking. Sensitive to data, able to proactively find problems within the big data5. Possess execution ability, good problem-solving, and result-oriented

1. Responsible for the design of P2P lending/cash loan app product and optimization of business processes, and responsible for core indicators such as customer activation, conversion, and retention2. Responsible for the research and exploration of Fintech P2P industry, user analysis, loan products, and profit model innovation3. Monitor all aspects affecting user behavior and user experience, as well as actively and effectively promote content and product improvements4. Operate backend system and coordinate closely with backend development and operational department
